ATT Mobility (Vinculums contractor) 2011-2012 Los Angeles

C&E Project Manager, managed upgrade of microwave network, and installation of new hardware. Primary duty was managing contractors towards goals with Best In Class product, within budget, for end-to-end ethernet migration to cellsites program. Also interfacing with circuit design, fiber to site (FTTCS), Granite engineers, network operations, regulatory compliance personnel, databases, ordering OEM radio equipment; responsible for all microwave site development duties from San Luis Obispo east to San Bernardino and south to San Diego County line

Gonzales Construction 2007-2009 – Los Angeles

 

Project Manager planned rollout of microwave and fiber backhaul service for future service provider, as well as other broadband and satellite projects throughout the USA and Canada.  Duties included project programming, estimating, budgets, scheduling, site due diligence, vendor qualification, materials quotes, and client interface/updates

Verizon Wireless, Cricket (CBMS contractor) 2004-2007 San Diego, Los Angeles

 

Project Manager - development of 300 properties for Cricket and Verizon Wireless’ network. Responsible for RFPs, negotiating contracts, and managing development process from leasing and design phase through construction completion. Duties included estimating, value-engineering, scheduling and budgeting all disciplines. Managed consultants, including real estate agents, planners, AE firms, GCs, electrical service, fiber backhaul, right-of-way (ROW) sites, and warehousing personnel. Determined site construction feasibility, cost estimating, RFPs, awarding contracts, managing surveyors, architects, engineers through construction document phase, and municipal permitting. Performed project tracking, materials takeoffs, ordering and warehousing. Managed general construction of cellsites through on air integration with wireless carriers’ network operations

Project Manager - telecommunications projects, all phases of design through construction completion. Client list included Airtouch (PACTEL) Regional Ops Control Center, AT&T, LA Cellular, Cellular One, NEXTEL (SMART SMR), US WEST (Denver, CO)

·   Engineered State of California’s first CCTV and Communications Intelligent Vehicle Highway System for traffic control and emergency response. Project covered one-hundred fifty miles of state highway totaling more than sixty cameras with single-mode and multi-mode fiber/SONET migration to four HUB’s

·   Performed testing of AM Highway Advisory Radio system for the City of Pasadena, CA
